We’re Getting Closer — and We’re Building Our Foster Team Now

Cavalli’s Husky & Wolfdog Rescue is PACFA-licensed and preparing for future intakes. As a fully foster-based rescue, foster homes are the heart of everything we do.

Every Husky or Wolfdog we save will rely on a safe, stable, breed-aware foster home to begin their healing.

If you’ve ever wanted to make a tangible difference — this is where it happens..

🐾 We’re Currently Accepting Foster Applications

Whether you’re experienced with northern breeds, familiar with wolfdog behavior, or simply committed to learning and providing a safe environment, we would love to learn more about you, your setup, and your level of experience.

We are especially seeking fosters who can help with:

🐺 Wolfdog & Husky Fostering (including foster-to-adopt)

  • Safe, secure fencing or containment
  • Willingness to support decompression
  • Understanding of high-drive, high-intelligence breeds (or willingness to learn with our guidance)

🚗 Transport & Support Volunteers

(Opening soon)

  • Shelter pulls & safe transport
  • Supply pickups or deliveries
  • Vet transport or emergency support

🏡 Home Checks & Special Projects

(Also opening soon)

  • Helping assess foster setups
  • Supporting safe containment builds
  • Enrichment projects or yard improvements

As we grow, we’ll also be seeking volunteers for administration, outreach, education, and fundraising support.
